Performance Training
Our Performance Training program focuses on developing speed, agility, and quickness to help athletes move more efficiently and perform at their highest level. Training sessions are designed to enhance athletic movement patterns, coordination, and reaction time in a competitive and supportive environment.
Ages
Appropriate for youth through high school athletes of all sports who are looking to improve their speed, agility, and overall athletic performance.
When
This program runs year-round with multiple training sessions offered weekly to accommodate in-season and off-season athletes.
Where
All sessions are held indoors at the Elite Athletic Sports Complex, providing a consistent, climate-controlled training environment.
Practices
Athletes can choose from a variety of training times throughout the week:
Monday–Thursday: 4:15–5:15 PM, 5:15–6:15 PM, 6:15–7:15 PM
Saturday: 8:30–9:30 AM, 9:30–10:30 AM
Extra Costs
There are no additional costs beyond registration. All training equipment is provided.
Jerseys
Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing and tennis or running shoes. No uniforms or jerseys are required.

Yes. Athletes who miss a session can attend another available time slot during the same week when space allows.
Do parents need to stay during sessions?
Parents are welcome to stay and observe, but it’s not required.
